Willow Oak is a preserve located in the foothills of the Appalachians. The terrain is diverse with open fields, rolling hardwoods, pine thickets, and an abundance of creeks and ponds. For the past ten years, the property has been developed and managed specifically for wildlife habitat. With this diversity flourishing in over 1,000 acres into a place where one might experience the heart-racing moment of having an encounter with the buck of a lifetime, hearing the woods shake from a morning gobbler, snagging a trophy bass, or enjoying the sunset as a whippoorwill signals the end of the day.

Fishing on Lauren Bailee Reservoir at Willow Oak is an anglers dream. The lake was developed with attention to detail from underwater rock piles, deep channels, flooded willow bushes, and all the correct habitat to build a trophy bass lake. The lake is home to giant large mouth and small mouth bass. Guests fishing on Lauren Bailee Reservoir will have one bass boat available for their use, with a maximum capacity of two anglers at a time. There are also several small ponds on the property that are stocked and managed for recreational fishing.
